Shop Policies

 

Please read through our shop policies prior to making an online purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please complete the contact us form – or – send an email to austyn@406wooddesigns.com


Delivery and Shipping

We handcraft each product with care in our shop in Billings, Montana. Please allow between 10 and 15 days for production and processing of your order. When inventory is readily available, orders will be processed in 1-3 days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you should receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions prior to, please reach out to austyn@406wooddesigns.com with your name and order number.

All shippable products are sent directly from us in Billings, Montana. Delivery can take between 3-8 business days depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.


Local Pickup

To better serve our local customers, we offer FREE order pickup from our shop in Billings, Montana. If you would like to utilize this option, select ‘Local Pickup’ at checkout. Once the items in your order are fulfilled, we will reach out to schedule your pickup date and time.


Damaged Product

We inspect each piece before it leaves our facility for any imperfections or damage. Please inspect each piece immediately upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours regarding any issues. 406 Wood Designs is not liable for damage incurred during shipping and delivery, but we may be able to help you file a claim with the shipping provider.


Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or issue exchanges unless the product is deemed defective upon arrival.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted or custom items. All discounted and custom order sales are final.

Returns/Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for products deemed defective. To process an exchange or a refund for a defective item, please send us an email at austyn@406wooddesigns.com with your name, order number and a description or photo of the defect or damage. From there, we will arrange getting the item back to us. If shipping is required, buyer is responsible for shipping item back to us (preferably in original packaging).

Once the defective item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your defective item along with the status of your refund or exchange within 5 days of receiving the item(s).

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

Please allow 5-10 days for the refund to process prior to contacting us about your refund. If the given time has passed and your refund still has not processed, reach out with your name and order number to austyn@406wooddesigns.com
